I often have people contact me who wonder if they too, could receive messages from spirit.

The first thing they ask me is how did I know I had this ability, and did I have someone teach me to do it.

First let me explain about the different types of awareness.  Each of us have the gift of intuition and we can strengthen that and use it to help us in our daily lives.  That gift is already in all of us.

A conversation came up not long ago after some friends of mine were watching a television show called Long Island Medium.  It is based on the daily life of a Medium named Theresa Caputo.

I have never met Theresa but I have watched her show and I do feel that she is very gifted.  Some are put off by her but I believe that is more because of her blunt personality than because of her gift.
